- know the number of users on the platform
- send emails as reminders to terminate accounts/delete data

- add comments on locations (comments will be moderated by perspective)
Study space manager:
- contact for information updates
- contact for any other useful communication as part of the project (e.g. receipt of flyers)

Consent: by creating your user account, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the specific purposes described above.

For students:
- surname, first name
- email address
For those providing study spaces:
- surname, first name
- linguistic role
- email address related to the study space
- role of the data subject (e.g. manager, administrator)

For processing, perspective.brussels uses a computer application developed by Vox Teneo. Any audience for whom data are published on the website.
Retention period
1. After 11 months of inactivity, the user receives an email informing them that their account will be deleted if no action is taken. If they wish to keep their account, they simply need to login to the platform to extend it for another year.
2.3 Collection, hosting and processing of data you provide
Purposes
- Territorial analysis on the themes of study spaces
- Publication for regional statistical purposes based on anonymised data (statistical processing)
- Conducting various studies to visualise the study space offer in the Brussels region

For students:
- if the student writes a comment, their username and initials (name + first name) may appear
For those providing study spaces:

- Perspective receives the aforementioned information to carry out additional territorial analyses on the themes of study spaces
2.4 Management of consents and withdrawals of consent
Purposes
Collecting and storing records of the consents you provide for the following specific services:
- receiving survey requests to the email address you provided when you created your account.
- contacting the manager to send project-related information and update their information
Keeping a record of the withdrawal of one or more consent(s)

Processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the data controller

Records of "checked" or "unchecked" consent boxes, linked to your profile

2.6 Collection, hosting and processing the results of surveys in which you participate
Purposes
Collecting, analysing and drawing conclusions from the responses to surveys in which you participate (provided you have consented to receive survey requests, see "Management of consents and withdrawals of consent" processing ). These surveys will always be related to student life and aim to understand the current situation with a view to possible improvements.
Legal basis
Consent: you have previously agreed to receive emails asking you to complete surveys. Once you have received the email, you are free to respond or not. By responding to surveys, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the specific purposes described above.

The retention period:

- for the cookies on your computer: the duration of your visit and no longer.
